## Construction Ring Beam + Helical Piles are more accurate compared to concrete and shuttering solutions.

### This makes them perfect for Modular Systems where the panels and design are 2-3mm tolerance. 

Concrete pads and foundations often need on site adjustment to fit modular systems accurately.  Our foundation system is accurate to 10mm horizontal and 10mm vertical making it the perfect modern foundation system.

Groundwork is minimal, No Spoil Removal, Trees and Roots not damaged, Party Walls not excavated beneath.

Our Ring Beams offer a cost-effective alternative to traditional concrete foundations. 

We are often cheaper than traditional trench and concrete foundations. 

A simple extension foundation platform can be installed for £8k to £10k

All of our installations are designed and covered by a Structural Engineer Professional Indemnity Insurance agreement.

### Step 1: Design Proposal

Show us your project and we will quickly assess whether Helical Piles + Ring Beam are suitable. 

Our Structural Engineer will calculate loads, and then we will enter the loads and soil conditions into our software platform to specify the pile design, layout and beam properties. 

We will create a Design Proposal for your review.

### Step 2: Quotation and Project Timeline

Once the Design proposal is agreed, we will produce a Cost Quotation and Agreed Timeline for Installation and Project Handover.  We can usually provide a foundation in just 2 days for the average extension or similar structure. 

The foundation system is signed over by a Structural Engineer so that Building Control have full visibility of the process.

### Step 3: Installation in 2 Days

We can Install the Helical Piles on Day 1 and the Ring Beam on Day 2. 

We cut the pile heights to an agreed level, guided by a horizontal laser datum. This makes the system great for any uneven sites. 

We then add pile plates to support and accommodate the steel ring beam, and secure.  The Ring Beam is then fitted and ready to handover.

All steel elements are fully galvanised, and the Installation Report is created and uploaded for the Structural Engineer for handover, ready to build on.

### Step 4: Installation in 3 Days: Block & Beam or Slab

Once the Piles and Ring Beam are installed we can follow behind and install a Block and Beam or Slab floor to speed up your project.
